Lucy Hale and Victoria Justice glam up on the orange carpet at Nickelodeon’s 2012 TeenNick Halo Awards on Saturday (November 17) at the Hollywood Palladium in California.
The ladies helped honor teens who work hard to make the world a better place at the show, which will air on Monday (November 19) at 8/7c on Nick@Nite.

I use to think Lucy was gorgeous but now i dont so much, and as for Victoria justice she looks like shes in her late 20′s all dressed up and with her hair like that she does not look 19 or whatever age she is.
