Reese Witherspoon shares a laugh with her pal Mindy Kaling after a lunch date on Saturday (December 1) in Brentwood, Calif.
The 36-year-old actress walked Mindy back to her car after they dined together at Tavern Restaurant.
On her way back to her own car, Reese stopped by a newsstand to pick up a couple of magazines.
Earlier in the week, Mindy chatted about her hit new comedy series The Mindy Project at The Variety Studio: Awards Edition held at the Rolls-Royce Villa.

Mindy’s show is surprisingly unfunny and full of clichés but I don’t know what is your problem with New Girl? Second season is even funnier than the first one. After the rather lousy start, New Girl has become one of the best comedy shows out there. Mindy’s continues to be disappointing.

@A: Reese a republican?? I don’t think so. Not that it matters but Reese attended two fundraisers for Barack Obama this year and attended a fundraiser for Hilary Clinton back in 2008 when she trying to get the democratic nomination. Reese Witherspoon is definitely a Democrat.
