    smash really?

  • z

    LEO, YEAH!

  • Adam

Isn’t it a little too late to nominate TBBT? There are better series right now. I also can’t believe they’re nominating Smash, Girls and Episodes before Go On or The New Normal. It seems that to be nominated you either have to be a complete flop in audience, or have had many seasons already (and then get the nomination for the one season you deserve it the less).

  • nila

i just tell something to selen

  • Jessica

Yay for Tarantino! I think Jen Lawrence is gonna win a Golden Globe.

  • human being

happy for meryl streep, jennifer lawrence, emily blunt, rachel weisz, leo dicaprio, zooey deschanel, amy poehler, julianne moore and max greenfield.

but I think joseph gordon levitt surely deserved somethings from all the great performances he gave this year. Also The Dark Knight Rises was completely ignored. also nice kidman and richard gere don’t deserve to be there. there were so many better performances ignored.

  • nila

selena gomez’s ans are freaking out they thought sel is th one who is nomineted seriously ?? you know who accept the award if an animated movie win GG or oscar ? the director and the producer not the cast because they don’t even attend the award show
and yaaaaaaay for marion and jen law

  • rounin

Jim Parsons to win another globe then The Big Bang Theory, to finally win the Best comedy series.

  • Ricky Gervais

    Spelled Kathryn Bigelow wrong.

  • Lauren

Some of these are just WTF. Richard Gere? Hayden Panati-whatever?? The Hollywood Foreign Press is such a joke.

  • lynn

    NO SCANDAL!!!!

    This is a travesty.

  • Yeahh

  • Happy

Golden Globe is the only award I don’t accept seriously, after The Tourist movie was nominated in comedy/ musical category. This award is all about the reputition of actors. For instance, Meryl Streep is a legendary actresss, but why they nominated her for the movie that didnt have buzz? Or Richard Gere? But generally, I am quite happy with this year’s nominees.

  • xoray

Meryl did deserve to be there. Her performance was really funny and genuine. The movie made over 100 million dollars so idk what you mean by i didn’t have any buzz. but i agree with the richard gere part. Also im glad kristen stewart did not get a nomination like some were saying she would.

  • JIM

  • em

YAY Emily Blunt! Love Jessica Chastain too, she should have won for The Help!

  • Moreen

Go Jim Parsons!!i hope Big bang theory wins best comedy!Another nomination for Jennifer Lawrence, she absolutely deserves it!People should award young talent especially for a role like Jennifer’s in Silver Linings Playbook

  • Jerry

Who even remembers Jessica Alba as an actress anymore? She came across as a real ditzy blonde during the announcement. Was very odd.

  • Tatum

Nominations for Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban. Husband and wife. That’s cool.

  • Carey

Megan and Jessica dont get on well. Why did they put them together?

  • Rose

Sienna Miller stood in front of me in Starbucks a couple months ago, now I can officially say a Golden Globe nominee has stood in front of me in line…

  • Kat

Ed Helms is really sexy :)

  • mz_linz

YAY!! So happy Leo got a nomination!!! He better win this year. I heard his performance in Django Unchained is amazing!! I can’t wait to see it!!

  • K

  • Alex

    blaaah, not Taylor Swift again!!!

  • glenn

Im so happy for Leo, Tarantino & Naomi , i hope they win, they deserve it

  • glenn

    @Alex: hahahah she is shit!

  • beastit

Once again Beasts of the Southern Wild was snubbed.

  • B

I’m really happy for Marion, Rachel Wiez, Leo, Jennifer, Jessica, and Emily. It’s going to be difficult choosing who should win since they all did amazing performances. However I do agree with an earlier commentor about Joseph Gordon -Levitt getting snubbed, it’s a shame that Looper is getting ignored just because it’s a sci-fi movie.

  • judelover

    so happy for Sienna <3

  • lauraP

Congrats to all for th nominations!

  • grimeney

    how boring.

  • grimeney

omg so true, the tourist was one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen.

  • whatever

I hate awards! It’s just media!

  • boo

I don’t hate Jennifer, but she is becoming so overrated! Please, she is not all that! But a good actress!

  • AJ

Can somebody please explain to me how Jessica Alba is relevant right now…? I really dont get it.

Really excited for J.Law! Saw the movie and I agree!

  • Summer

    Megan looks hot
I’m semi happy with the noms

  • Yay

  • Dave Franco

Hayden Panettiere?? LMAO. I think Sofia will win.

  • oy

Mad Men wasn’t nominated, but at least they nominated Jon Hamm. Now I forgive them.

  • ^_^

cool Jennifer is nomineted . but I do not think she will win.she Have a tough competition. Meryl Streep always get it
any way I love them both
    sorry 4 my bad English

  • Jerry

@beastit: Beasts of the Southern Wild – brilliant as it is – won’t get any attention from the HFPA because they only recognize ‘stars’. They are nothing but publicity star fcukers.

  • J

i’m surprised that game of thrones did not get any nominations whatsoever

  • yum

Megan Fox is one hot hottie.
    also so is Jessica Alba.
