@Crysania: AGREED. tbh this role is seriously beneath most actors who the masses would want to play it.

@Sabrina: because no A lister in their right mind would touch this POS franchise.

Well any choice that involves and unknown is good. Any real actor the caliber of a Bomer or Gossling would never take it. We know matt declined it before they came up with Charlie.

OH HECK NO! He’s far too good for this crap!

I don’t know him – but he’d fit the part perfectly. WOW!

They should just give up the project. None of these actors can portray Christian Grey. The suitable actor in terms of beauty and talent was Garrett Hedlund and he refused the role. Charlie Hunman could’ve been a great Grey as well that’s too bad he dropped it.

omg yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!! this man is gorgeously sexy!!!!! yes plz!!!!

@Lia:

It wasn’t me saying his eyes were dark, I was answering and saying the same as you “that his eyes are blue”…focus better on what is written!!

Yes yes yes I have been saying Jamie Dornan from the start!!!!!

If hiring an Oscar nominating script doctor couldn’t stop Hunnam running, the script must sucked so hard. So good luck to this guy.
It’s all E.L.James’ fault, she let her ego fly so high thinking her work was some piece of great everyone should stick to and completely lost the chance of being saved by someone who can actually create good stuff from crap.
R.I.P. the movie studio who’ve paid big money for it.

Yesssssss, he is so gorgeous…

Waaaay better than Charlie Hunnam!! My number one was Matt Bomer but I do like him..

I just google Christian Cooke and THAT’S GREY. THAT’S HIM!

No way. This better just be rumors. Jamie Dornan and Christian Cooke are both too short and scrawny. Christian is tall and broad-shouldered! They didn’t follow the books when casting for Ana though, so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised if they don’t for this new Christian. Ugh. Honestly, they need to get rid of Dakota and recast Ana’s role too, or scrap this whole thing!

@Carol: No way, he’s way too short and looks even shorter on screen. Christian is tall and broad and intimidatingly and beyond beautiful. None of these guys “rumored” work.

Personnaly, i’d prefer Matt Bomer as Mr. Grey.

Bring it on. I mean I was focusing on Charlie not really looking right so much. That I didn’t even think about him. He is SO cute. I could definitely see him as Christian. He has a cute face, but has a hint of a bad boy in his looks, which is perfect. I can’t believe I didn’t think about him before after Once upon a Time.

NOT very happy with any of these. It needs to be IAN SOMERHALDER!!!

Where is the “none of the above” button?

Not a fan of anyone listed above. They need a box that says “none of the above”.
