Eva Longoria's Las Vegas Steakhouse Wasn't Closed for Health Violations!

Eva Longoria is pretty in pink while picking up some snacks at a gas station on Friday (June 6) in Los Angeles.

The day before, the 39-year-old actress showed off her toned legs in a white dress while hitting the red carpet at 2014 AFI Life Achivement Award: A Tribute to Jane Fonda with former Desperate Housewives co-star Felicity Huffman.

“Just to be clear, the steakhouse in Vegas DID NOT close for health violations. We had an “A” rating at time of closure. People should read more carefully. SHe Las Vegas was originally concepted as a nightlife entertainment venue,” Eva recently shared on Twitter about her Vegas restaurant’s closing.

She added, “Since the closing of the nightclub venue, we have been met with considerable resistance from our Landlord to re-concept the nightlife theme which impacted our ability to deliver on our guests’ experience.”
