Reese Witherspoon Sells Rest of Brentwood Compound For Over $10 Million

Reese Witherspoon shows off her chic fall style while arriving at the Peninsula Hotel on Thursday (October 30) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

“I smell #Halloween…..,” the 38-year-old actress tweeted the next day about the annual holiday, which is celebrated on the last day of October.

It was recently announced that Reese has sold the remainder of her huge Brentwood compound for a whopping $10.068 million, according to Forbes. She had listed the property for $14 million in June, but sold a small portion in a side deal for $3.55 million.

In case you didn’t know, Reese gave a tour of the beautiful home in a recent interview with Vogue.

FYI: Reese is wearing MICHAEL Michael Kors boots.
