Beyonce Surprise Album Release Rumors Put to Rest After Label Confirms a Platinum Box Set is Coming

Beyonce fans around the world were all abuzz the past few days after pictures circulated the Internet touting a volume two of her self-titled album, which would be released November 24.

To set the record straight, the 33-year-old superstar’s company Parkwood Entertainment and her label Columbia Records announced that the Beyoncé Platinum Edition Box Set would be released on the 24th instead.

The set will include two new songs, “7/11″ and “Ring Off,” unreleased remixes, her original self-titled album, a DVD of the Mrs Carter World Show Tour, a calendar, and a “Flawless” remix featuring Nicki Minaj, a “Drunk in Love” remix with hubby Jay Z and Kanye West, a “Blow” remix with Pharrell Williams and a “Standing on the Sun” remix with Mr. Vegas.
