Justin Bieber Responds to Photographer's Lawsuit Over Getting Hit By His Car

Justin Bieber steps out with his entourage for lunch at Il Pastaio on Sunday afternoon (January 25) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 20-year-old entertainer recently responded to a lawsuit against him from photographer Walter Lee. Walter says Justin hit him with his car in 2013 when he was leaving a comedy club.

Justin‘s defense is that you shouldn’t stand in front of a moving car or you could get hit, TMZ reports. Justin says Walter deliberately stood in front of his car and doubts he got hurt. He wants the case thrown out.
