Giuliana Rancic flipped off the Academy during Fashion Police on Monday (February 23) after they left Joan Rivers out of the In Memoriam tribute.

The 40-year-old E! News correspondent was talking about Lupita Nyong’o‘s dress during the segment.

“Her dress sadly fell flat on the red carpet because of this damn backdrop, so she has no one but the Oscars to blame. And screw them anyway for leaving Joan out of the In Memoriam segment,” she added, flipping them off.
