Amanda Seyfried keeps a low profile while heading through JFK Airport on Monday (March 23) in New York City.

The 29-year-old actress attended the premiere of her new movie While We’re Young the night before and chatted about young people on Instagram these days.

“[Younger people] spend the entire day on Instagram, and they also take pictures of themselves and post them all the time with a veiled brag,” Amanda told Us Weekly. “It’s sad.”

So, who does Amanda like to follow on Instagram? “Taylor Swift is pretty hip,” she said. “She seems pretty honest. I think that’s hip. She’s promoting knowing yourself, and that’s the best idol.”
