Daniel Radcliffe Treats Girlfriend Erin Darke To The Movies

Daniel Radcliffe walks with his longtime girlfriend Erin Darke while out and about in New York City on Saturday afternoon (May 30).

The 25-year-old British actor and Erin did a little shopping before heading to the movies.

Daniel‘s upcoming movie, Game Crasher, has apparently hit a road block after Rockstar Games, which owns Grand Theft Auto, has filed suit against the BBC, the network behind the made-for-TV movie.

“Take-Two Interactive (Rockstar’s parent company) has filed [a] suit against the BBC for trademark infringement based on their movie currently titled Game Changer as it relates to Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto video game series. While holders of the trademarks referenced in the film title and its promotion, Rockstar Games has had no involvement with this project,” Rockstar shared in a statement.

They added, “Our goal is to ensure that our trademarks are not misused in the BBC’s pursuit of an unofficial depiction of purported events related to Rockstar Games.”
