Orlando Bloom Receives the Giffoni Experience Award

Orlando Bloom steps onto the red carpet at the 2015 Giffoni Film Festival on Saturday afternoon (July 25) in Giffoni Valle Piana, Italy.

The 38-year-old Hobbit actor received this year’s Experience Award in addition to Darren Criss. Others like Dianna Agron, Lea Michele and Naya Rivera have received the award in years prior.

The Giffoni International Film Festival is the largest children’s film festival in Europe, with over 2,000 children from around the world attending the event. Over the course of the festival, the children and teenagers watch films, learn about the film making process and then award the best movies with prizes. It sounds like Orlando was given this award by some of his youngest fans!
