Kanye West Heads Out For Solo Dinner After Taking North to King Cairo's Birthday Party

Kanye West dons head to toe black as he heads inside celebrity hotspot The Nice Guy restaurant for dinner on Friday night (October 16) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 38-year-old actor was spotted earlier in the day taking his two-year-old daughter North to a birthday party for Tyga‘s son King Cairo (not pictured).

King Cairo, who just turned three, celebrated the big day at an indoor racing track in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, Kanye‘s wife Kim is reportedly back in Las Vegas with her sister Khloe as they monitor Lamar Odom‘s improving progress after he was found unresponsive in a brothel.
