Kristin Cavallari just posted the first photo of her newborn baby girl Saylor James Cutler with her quarterback hubby Jay Cutler.

The 28-year-old fashion designer captioned the photo that she had to skip her Laguna Beach High School ten year reunion, but for a very good reason!

“Really sad about missing my 10 year high school reunion last night…so many people I wanted to see…but at least I have a good excuse,” Kristin wrote, along with the caption of her and her daughter.

Kristin and Jay welcomed their first daughter earlier in the week.
