Justin Timberlake takes command of the stage during his 2018 Super Bowl Halftime Show on Sunday (February 4) at the U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minn.
The halftime show kicked off with Justin‘s BFF Jimmy Fallon sitting on a Pepsi billboard and welcoming his pal to the stage.
Justin started the performance from a club backstage with his new Man of the Woods song “Filthy.” He then emerged in the stadium while performing “Rock Your Body.”
Justin then segued into his songs “SexyBack,” “My Love,” and “Cry Me a River.” He then moved to another stage for “Suit and Tie” and then performed “Until the End of Time” from his piano.
While there were rumors that Justin would have a Prince hologram on stage, it was actually a projection of the late singer while he sang “I Would Die 4 U.” The entire stadium, which is located in Prince‘s home town, was lit in his signature color purple.
Justin then performed “Mirrors” while people held large mirrors on the field. He then closed the show with his Trolls song “Can’t Stop the Feeling” and he ran into the stands to perform surrounded by audience members.
