Singer/songwriter Bryan Adams was asked about the rumors that he was once romantically involved with Princess Diana.

“There are many rumors that you and Princess Diana were once romantically involved,” Andy Cohen asked the 58-year-old singer on Watch What Happens Live!. “Her butler said that he used to sneak you into Kensington Palace. How would you characterize your relationship with Princess Diana?”

“Great friends…And she didn’t sneak me in, I would just roll up,” Bryan answered, to which Andy pried, “Friends with benefits?”

“She was just, we were good friends,” he responded.
