Heidi Klum is engaged to Tom Kaulitz!

The 45-year-old supermodel announced her engagement to the 29-year-old Tokio Hotel entertainer on her Instagram account moments ago.

“I SAID YES,” Heidi wrote, showing off her shiny new engagement ring.

If you don’t know, Tom and Heidi were first linked in March of this year.

They have been seen looking so in love recently!
