Kim Kardashian's Surrogate Goes Into Labor with Her 4th Child

Kim Kardashian is about to become a mom for the fourth time!

The 39-year-old reality star’s surrogate has gone into labor and she’s currently at the hospital with husband Kanye West for the arrival of their fourth child.

Kim was supposed to join her sister Kourtney this afternoon to film a surprise for mom Kris Jenner on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, but she couldn’t make it as she was at the hospital.

Kourtney broke the news to Kris live on stage!
