'A.P. Bio' Gets Renewed For NBC's Upcoming Streaming Service

A.P. Bio has officially been renewed by NBC!

The series will serve as NBC’s first scripted comedy for its currently unnamed streaming service, according to THR.

The good news comes just a month after the network announced plans to cancel the comedy, much to the dismay of viewers and showrunner Mike O’Brien.

“I’m so overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from the fans. The cast and I are thrilled that we get to make more and I’m excited to work with the NBCU streaming platform,” Mike said in a statement.

The show follows a disgraced philosophy professor-turned-high school teacher and stars Glenn Howerton and Patton Oswalt.
