Lizzo Apologizes After Putting a Postmates Driver on Blast

Lizzo took to her Twitter page today to apologize for putting a Postmates driver on blast for allegedly stealing her food.

The 31-year-old “Truth Hurts” singer previously tweeted out a photo of the Postmates driver and said “this girl Tiffany W. stole my food. she lucky I don’t fight no more.”

Some of Lizzo‘s fans criticized her for putting a service industry worker on blast the way she did, which could also cause a security risk for the Postmates driver. Postmates also confirmed that the issue was resolved.

“I apologize for putting that girl on blast. I understand I have a large following and that there were so many variables that could’ve put her in danger. Imma really be more responsible with my use of social media and check my petty and my pride at the door. 🥺,” Lizzo tweeted on Tuesday afternoon (September 17).
