Drew Barrymore to Host Daytime Talk Show!

Drew Barrymore is set to host a daytime talk show for CBS that will debut in the fall of 2020!

“It is beyond my wildest dreams to have this opportunity for a daily talk show,” Drew told Variety about the news. “I’m truly thrilled and honored to be creating this show with CBS.”

The site reports that Drew shot the pilot back in August and it is now moving forward.

“Drew is a huge star and a breath of fresh air – her show will energize any station’s lineup,” Steve LoCascio, chief operating and financial officer of CBS Global Distribution Group, said. “We’re looking forward to working with Peter Dunn and the CBS Television Stations group to launch this premium show in fall 2020.”

This is some great news after Drew suffered some unfortunate news back in April.
