Claudine Auger Dead - James Bond Girl Dies at 78

Claudine Auger has sadly passed away at the age of 78.

The actress – best known for her role as Bond girl Dominique “Domino” Derval opposite Sean Connery in the James Bond film Thunderball – died on Thursday (December 19) in Paris, France, according to her agent, AFP reports.

Claudine was the first French actress to star as a Bond girl.

She also appeared on stage and in films including Jean Cocteau’s Testament of Orpheus in 1960.

She was also a runner-up in the 1958 Miss World contest.
