Alex Rodriguez Responds to Ben Affleck & Jennifer Lopez Rumors with Some Slight Shade!

It seems as if Alex Rodriguez is throwing just a little bit of shade at Ben Affleck, in a thinly veiled way.

If you don’t know, Alex‘s ex Jennifer Lopez is currently sparking romance rumors with her ex, Ben Affleck! They went on vacation together and have been emailing for a few months!

Alex was photographed out in Miami and while a video camera was rolling, was asked how he felt about the romance rumors.

Instead of answering, Alex simply said, “Go Yankees.” Alex previously played for the New York Yankees, so his response makes sense. But with some context, one could interpret this as an insult! You can watch the video over at Page Six.

Ben is a die-hard fan of the Boston Red Sox, having grown up in the Boston area. There is a huge rivalry between the Yankees and the Red Sox, and thus, Yankees fans and Red Sox fans. The constant battle between the two teams every season is one many fans look forward to.
