The episode of The Bachelorette that everyone has been waiting for this season just aired and we saw Clare Crawley get engaged to Dale Moss.

The engagement happened after Clare went on just three dates with Dale, who received her first impression rose on night one.

Clare decided to end her run on the show after she realized she was head over heels in love with Dale. So much happened on the episode and we wrote a full recap of all the major moments that went down.

So, is the couple still together? The answer is YES!

Both Clare and Dale posted about their engagement on Instagram right after it aired on the east coast. While the credits rolled on the episode, we also were given a glimpse into the couple’s life outside of The Bachelorette‘s quarantine bubble.

“It’s official!! Love wins!!!! 💍❤️!!! I love you @dalemoss13 !!!!” Clare wrote on her page. Dale put up the same photos and said, “Never a point I won’t show up for you @clarecrawley 💍 🌹.”

Tayshia Adams is replacing Clare as this year’s Bachelorette.

For months, there has been so much speculation and lots of news reports about what happened on Clare Crawley‘s season of The Bachelorette and now the episode everyone has been waiting for finally is here.

As Chris Harrison has been saying in so many teasers, Clare “blew up” the season and now we know how.

Throughout the first three episodes, we could see how Clare was falling hard for contestant Dale Moss, who received the first impression rose on night one. Lots of reports have said that she decided to leave the show to be with him after refusing to film with the other guys.

Clare was actually spotted this week wearing an engagement ring!

Clare Crawley has a new piece of jewelry that has everyone buzzing.

The 39-year-old The Bachelorette Season 16 star was spotted shopping this week wearing what appears to be a big diamond engagement ring in her hometown of Sacramento, Calif., as seen on ET Thursday (November 5).

It’s a different ring than the one she addressed weeks back on her left wedding finger, which she called a “commitment to myself.”

In her ongoing season, Clare hasn’t moved past her night one frontrunner, former NFL player Dale Moss, and promos for the upcoming episode of The Bachelorette suggest her journey on the show is about to end as she embarks on the new romance.

One of Clare Crawley‘s friends is sharing an update on how she’s doing as the new season of The Bachelorette airs.

DeAnna Pappas, who was the Bachelorette in 2008 and appeared on Clare‘s season to provide her with some guidance, appeared on fellow Bachelor Nation stars Ashley Iaconetti and Ben Higgins‘ podcast Almost Famous to reveal how Clare is doing amid all the backlash from viewers.

To catch you up, it was confirmed during filming that Clare left the season early to be with – SPOILER ALERT – contestant Dale Moss.

DeAnna now says that Clare is having a hard time dealing with all the haters.

“On most days, she’s feeling really down about the things that people are saying about her online and the editing of the show,” DeAnna admitted. “So, actually, the girls and I, we all sent her some flowers today just to let her know that we love her and this is a blip.”

DeAnna, who is married to Stephen Stagliano, also seemingly teased that Clare and Dale are still going strong.

“Whatever the outcome is tomorrow night, she’s going to walk away and she’s gonna be able to move on and hopefully have someone that she genuinely loves and can be with and people will forget about this,” DeAnna explained. “They’ll move on.”

ABC finally addressed how Tayshia Adams will be taking over as The Bachelorette after Clare‘s departure.

Clare‘s former fiance Benoit Beausejour-Savard also weighed in on her exit from the show.

Because of Election Night coverage, the new episode of The Bachelorette is airing this week on Thursday, November 5th at 8pm ET on ABC.

Benoit Beausejour-Savard is opening up about Clare Crawley‘s exit from The Bachelorette.

The 33-year-old Bachelor Winter Games alum was engaged to Clare back in 2018 before they split and just recently opened up about Clare‘s turn as The Bachelorette, which has been filled with a lot of controversy and drama.

Speaking with fellow Bachelor stars Ben Higgins and Ashley Iaconetti on their “Almost Famous” podcast, Benoit suggested that it was not Clare‘s decision to leave and revealed that the show isn’t showing people the real her.

“She has some good qualities than right now what we’ve seen it’s only [the] drama part,” he said. “Clare is a really deep person. She likes to get to know you on a really deeper level, which is not showing at all.”

Benoit adds that the Clare he and the audience is seeing on television is “not the Clare that I know” because of the dramatic editing.

“Put yourself into her shoes, you’re doing quarantine in a resort. This show’s a bit [of a] mindf***, you’re been there, it’s a lot to manage and I feel like at some point maybe she was overwhelmed by all of this,” he shared. “She felt super strong feelings with Dale and then this whole thing played out…There’s a little difference in the Clare that is shown on TV than the Clare that I know in real life.”

“I think ultimately it was production that came at her and said, ‘You know what, Clare, I feel like you’re not giving it a fair chance, you’re really into Dale [Moss] so we want you to be happy’ and they had like a common agreement on her maybe leaving the show but I feel like it wasn’t her ultimate decision.”

As ABC has finally addressed that Tayshia Adams would be taking over the role, Benoit says that Clare will still be featured.

“I feel like there’s going to be more, they’re going to keep us in touch with what Clare has been going through,” he said. “It’s like two seasons at once at one point and hopefully we’re gonna see how it goes for these two … it’s not the end.”

Another man was sent home on The Bachelorette in week three.

The uncomfortable encounter happened after a spa day with Clare Crawley and her now eliminated guy.

“[He] just made me feel really uncomfortable,” Clare shared about the incident to the cameras, away from the guy. “I go in for the kiss to [him], he pulls away, and the second I just tried to walk away, he grabs me. That kind of triggers me, and kind of scared me.”

She added that she “didn’t want to be near him in that moment. If I want to walk away because I’m uncomfortable, let me walk away.”

There were four other men eliminated as well.
