Demi Lovato‘s brand new song “Still Have Me” was just released and now, it is being reported that the song could be about her breakup with Max Ehrich.

TMZ said she wrote the song a while ago but “Our sources say she kept the hook but changed the lyrics to reflect her split with Max Ehrich.”

The lyrics for the song feature lines including, “It feels like someone’s stolen/All the light I ever had” and “Everything around me shattered/All the highs are now just lows/But it doesn’t even matter/’Cause I’d rather be alone.”

Demi also sings, “I’m a mess and I’m still broken / But I’m finding my way back / And it feels like someone’s stolen / All the light I ever had,” and “Like the world disappeared / And I’m laying right here / While the silence is piercing / And it hurts to breathe.”

A source is speaking out about how Demi Lovato feels amid all the drama with her ex fiance Max Ehrich.

“Demi wants no contact with Max at this point. She is completely embarrassed at the way he’s been acting and putting their relationship on blast via social media. She wants nothing to do with him,” a source told E! News.

He has apparently “tried to reach out” to Demi and he is reportedly “in denial” that their engagement has ended.

“Demi is completely done and doesn’t want to see him again at this point,” the source added. “She can’t believe she fell into his trap and is really upset over it.”

The source added, “She’s been spending a lot of time with her family and friends to help heal from this and they are all keeping her occupied and rallying around her.”

Max Ehrich is not backing down on his claim that he found out about Demi Lovato‘s breakup with him from the press, despite the fact that sources are saying she did let him know before the tabloids picked up the story.

“Please stop trying to ‘Thank you, next’ me,” Max wrote in his now deleted Instagram Story (via ET). “For I’m just a human being who has to go to work tomorrow AM where there are families with kids relying on me. To this moment… we haven’t spoken over the phone… we haven’t even officially ended anything to each other, literally. I’m here in real time with y’all. I love Demetria and just want her to be healthy and safe.”

He then wrote a message directly to Demi, saying, “If you’re reading this… I love you always… unconditionally… no matter what.”

He then added, “Demetria is THEE best female vocalist alive. And everyone should know it. She inspires me every day and is an INCREDIBLE human being. I know it’s not her writing these stories, it’s a machine. I love her unconditionally.”

Max Ehrich is clarifying his side of the story after being accused of lying about how he found out about his breakup with Demi Lovato. He says he found out via the tabloids and a Demi source is saying he’s lying.

An insider is speaking out about Demi Lovato‘s split from Max Ehrich, and specifically, speaking to the claims that he found out about their breakup from the tabloids.

“He is lying,” the source told E! News after the split. “Demi did tell him beforehand.”

The insider went on to speculate a possible reason why Max said he learned about the split from the tabloids, saying, he is “just trying to stay relevant. Her family thinks he is crazy and is so relieved she has taken this step.”
