The members of ‘NSYNC will be depicted in the upcoming Lifetime movie about Britney Spears and Lance Bass is sharing his thoughts on how the actors look!
“Somebody’s been tweeting me pictures of the new *NSYNC — it’s interesting casting choices there,” the 37-year-old entertainer told ET. “They actually look a little more like the Backstreet Boys, because a couple of them look like Howie D.”
Lance will be portrayed in the movie by an actor named Connor Patton.
“I’m sure he’s a better dancer than I was, so I think he’ll be just fine,” he added. “I love Lifetime movies. Of course, I’ll watch it! C’mon! I get to see a little me on there. Why not?”
“It happens to men, too,” Lance said. “It’s a two-way street. It happened to me when I was 16 or 17 years old, when we started there was someone that we worked with that was inappropriately touching us.”
Referring to the time he was in the group ‘N SYNC, Lance said, “I wasn’t even aware then, at 16, that this guy was a pedophile and he was touching me. Oddly, I didn’t feel victimized at the time because I was very aware of it.”
“With the guys, we would talk about it; we would kind of joke about it,” Lance added. “But it’s not a joking thing. But as a kid, it was just odd. I’m glad that we were aware of it, and we didn’t feel victimized at the time.”
Lance Bass just clarified that an ‘NSYNC reunion will not be happening tonight on SNL‘s 40th anniversary special.
“For the record , we are not performing or doing a skit tonight on SNL. But look hard for us in he audience! Fun night ahead! #SNL40″ the 35-year-old member of the former boy band wrote on his Twitter account.
The Internet went wild over the weekend when the SNL Twitter account announced that the boy band would all be together again tonight.
