Anton Yelchin is the Beaver Boy

Star Trek star Anton Yelchin protects himself from the rainy winds with an umbrella as he walks to the set of his new indie dark comedy, The Beaver, at White Plains High School in New York on Sunday (September 27).

The 20-year-old actor, who recently shaved off his curly locks, is co-starring with Mel Gibson and Jodie Foster in the flick, with Jodie directing.

Anton will play the son of Mel‘s and Jodie‘s characters. Mel plays the guy who walks around with a puppet of a beaver on his hand and treats it like a living creature.
