Ted Koppel's Son Found Dead at 40

Andrew Koppel, the 40-year-old son of Nightline anchor Ted Koppel, was found dead in a Washington Heights apartment on Monday (May 31) around 1:30AM.

Sources tell NYDN that Andrew lived in Rockaway Park, Queens with his girlfriend and daughter. He reportedly went on a daylong drinking binge, starting at a bar in Hell’s Kitchen Sunday afternoon.
