Adele Covers Elle's Women in Music Issue May 2013

Adele is super glam on the cover of Elle magazine’s annual Women in Music issue, which hits newsstands on April 23.

“We photographed Adele at L.A.’s iconic EastWest Studios, where Frank Sinatra recorded his greatest hits,” photographer Thomas Whiteside said of the 24-year-old entertainer. “It was also my birthday, and she sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to me�”best present ever!”

“The set reflected Adele‘s retro crooner style perfectly,” Elle creative director Joe Zee added.

Also featured in the issue are Alicia Keys and Rita Ora.
