Selena Gomez celebrates her 21st birthday at an event to launch her new Dream Out Loud fall collection with Kmart Shop Your Way Members on Wednesday (July 24) in New York City.

The 21-year-old entertainer released her brand new album Stars Dance the day before and now it is set to become her first number one album on the Billboard 200 chart!

Selena‘s album is set to sell between 90,000 and 100,000 copies, which will also make it her highest sales week to date!
