Elton John Vacations After Appendicitis Recovery

The 66-year-old entertainer looked to be in great spirits after battling appendicitis earlier in the month – glad he appears to be feeling much better!

Over the weekend, David welcomed their guests Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka with their twins Gideon and Harper.
