It is officially Halloween 2013 all around the world and we are so excited to see what everyone is going to dress up as tonight!

Halloween never is a one-day holiday though and celebrities have already been celebrating the occasion for a full week so we have tons of costumes to share with everyone already.

Some of the costumes include: Miley Cyrus as Lil’ Kim, Neil Patrick Harris and his family as Alice in Wonderland characters, and the very controversial costume of Julianne Hough dressed up as Orange is the New Black‘s Crazy Eyes.
