Ellen Pompeo steps out makeup free as she heads to her car on Sunday (November 17) in Los Angeles.

The 44-year-old Grey’s Anatomy star was spotted the evening before cheering on the Los Angeles Clippers at the Staples Center with her hubby Chris Ivery.
