Taylor Swift is preppy chic as she walks out of her place and heads to the airport on Tuesday (May 20) in New York City.

According the E! News, the 24-year-old country crooner is being sued by the Orange County-based apparel company Lucky 13.

Apparently, the clothing brand is accusing Taylor of trademark infringement due to her use of the No. 13 (her lucky number) in various capacities. JJ will keep you updated on any developments in the case.
