According to Us Weekly, the 35-year-old actress and 29-year-old pro dancer were spotted “totally kissing” during a visit to Nice Guy restaurant last week.

Kate‘s rep confirmed that she and ex-fiance Matt Bellamy “have been separated for some time now,” after which rumors started flying that her relationship with Derek had moved off the dance floor.
