Kelly Osbourne Shows Off Bright Purple 'Do at Art of Elysium Heaven Gala 2015

Kelly Osbourne flaunts her fresh cut while arriving at the 2015 Art of Elysium & Samsung Galaxy Marina Abramovic Heaven Gala held at Hangar 8 on Saturday night (January 10) in Santa Monica, Calif.
