Charlize Theron & Sean Penn Go House Hunting Together

Charlize Theron and Sean Penn exit a home in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood while house hunting together on Wednesday (February 4) in Los Angeles.

The possibly engaged couple went their separate ways after checking out the home and Charlize, 39, was later seen heading solo to a yoga class.

Sean, 54, recently said that he would get married again and he would consider his marriage to Charlize to be his first.

“Yes, I’d get married again,” Sean told Esquire UK. “You say I’ve been married twice before but I’ve been married under circumstances where I was less informed than I am today, so I wouldn’t even consider it a third marriage, I’d consider it a first marriage on its own terms if I got married again. I mean, I like the tradition. A friend of mine wrote a line, ‘Without tradition, new things die.’ And I don’t want new things to die.”
