Idris Elba keeps it cool and casual while attending his TimesTalks: Beast Of No Nation screening held at Times Center on Monday (November 16) in New York City.

The 43-year-old British actor was joined at the event by his co-star Abraham Attah and writer-director Cary Joji Fukunaga as they also took part in a special Q&A session for the flick, which is streaming on Netflix now!

While promoting his hit show Luther, Idris opened up about believing that further diversification is still needed in the entertainment industry.

“People are aware of the issues that are faced. It’s one of these problems that won’t get fixed overnight but I think it’s progressively getting better,” Idris told The Guardian. “The BBC and Luther are very supportive of diversity, especially behind and in front of the camera. It’s important to keep trying.”
