Dylan & Hopper Penn Hit Milan Together for Fashion Week

Dylan Penn shows off a rocker look with a leather jacket and Converse sneakers while leaving her hotel on Wednesday (February 24) in Milan, Italy.

The 24-year-old model followed out her younger brother Hopper, 22.

They are set to hit the runway for Fay clothing.
