Julianne Hough Gets Hair Transformation She's Wanted for Years

Julianne Hough shows off her curlers in the middle of her hair process on Monday (March 28).

The 27-year-old actress had her hair transformed into permanent beach waves, which she showed off in an excited Instagram video.
