Gwyneth Paltrow Talks Chris Martin Split: 'It's Hard to Let Go & Try to Make a Family'

Gwyneth Paltrow arrives at CBS This Morning to promote her new book “It’s All Easy” on Wednesday (April 13) in New York City.

The 43-year-old actress and author got candid about her split from Coldplay frontman Chris Martin during her interview.

“We had very good teachers,” Gwyneth said. “We really concentrated on the idea of trying to be a family…We are a family. We are really putting [our kids] first. I want [Apple and Moses] to see me celebrate their dad.”

“There’s always pain and hurt and a sense of loss and grief,” Gwyneth later shared on Kelly & Michael. “It’s hard to let go and try to make a family.”
