Justin Bieber shows off his tan while hitting up a club with friends on Saturday night (July 23) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Earlier that day, the 22-year-old “Sorry” singer was spotted heading into the Mixer app party in Malibu.

While he was out on Saturday night, Justin ran into a fan wearing a t-shirt from his tour merchandise and posted a picture of it on Instagram.
