James Corden Auditions for 'Bridget Jones' As Famous British Personalities! (Video)

James Corden auditioned for Bridget Jones’s Baby, and the whole thing was caught on tape for The Late Late Show!

“Thank you so much for the opportunity to audition for Bridget Jones’s Baby,” James told Renee Zellweger. “I love all of the films. I watch them all of the time. My wife’s like, ‘All right, turn it off.’ And I’m like, ‘No! I’ll watch what I want!’ ”

To do his audition, James dressed as some very famous British personalities including Harry Potter, Sherlock Holmes, Queen Elizabeth II, Austin Powers, Gandalf, and more. Finally, Patrick Dempsey shows up to save the day.
