Alessia Cara is giving us chills with her version of “The Other Side!”

The 20-year-old singer contributed her vocals to the song as part of the The Get Down II soundtrack.

“Thanks for letting me part of this 🖤,” she tweeted.

The cinematic ballad tells the story of going forward in life.

“Somewhere far, far away, beyond the crowded city lights out of the darkness we can shine,” Alessia sings in the chorus. “So I’m packing my bags, I’m gonna leave it all behind. I wanna open up my eyes and see you on the other side.”
