Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez had an epic birthday bash over the weekend but are getting back on schedule!

The hot couple were spotted hitting the gym for a workout on Monday afternoon (July 24) in Miami, Fla.

That day, Jennifer officially celebrated her birthday and turned 48!

Alex took to his Instagram to write a sweet birthday message for Jennifer.
