Julia Roberts Will Present George Clooney With AFI Life Achievement Award

Julia Roberts will present her longtime friend and colleague George Clooney with the AFI Life Achievement Award!

The 50-year-old Pretty Woman actress will celebrate the 57-year-old ER star with the the nation’s highest honor for a career in film at the 2018 AFI Life Achievement Award Gala Tribute on June 7 at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

TNT will premiere the hour-and-a-half special on June 21 at 10 PM ET/PT, followed by an encore at 11:30 PM ET/PT. Sister network Turner Classic Movies (TCM) will also air the special in September during a night of programming dedicated to George’s work.

Julia and George have co-starred in 2001′s Ocean’s Eleven, 2004′s Ocean’s Twelve, and 2016′s Money Monster. Additionally, she starred in his directorial debut, 2002′s Confessions of a Dangerous Mind and in 2013′s August: Osage County, which George produced.
