Charlize Theron is Honored with Crystal of Hope Award for Humanitarian Work

Charlize Theron receives the Swarovski Crystal of Hope Award on Thursday (May 31) at the Kaiserpavillon at Tiergarten Schoenbrunn in Vienna, Austria.

The 42-year-old Oscar-winning actress went chic in a black pantsuit as she stepped out for the honoring ceremony.

Charlize received the award for her Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project, which she founded to help the fight against HIV and AIDS in Africa.

During the ceremony, Charlize was honored with a glittering chained necklace attached to a red ribbon design, which is the HIV/AIDS awareness symbol.
