Blake Shelton had a huge night at the 2018 CMT Music Awards

The 41-year-old country singer looked handsome in a black blazer and jeans as he stepped out for the awards show held at Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday (June 6) in Nashville, Tenn.

Blake hit a rooftop separate from the main stage for a performance of his hit “Turnin’ Me On.”

Also during the awards show, Blake took home the big award for the night – the Video of the Year Award for “I’ll Name the Dogs”!
