Marvel's 'Iron Fist' Series Canceled by Netflix After 2 Seasons

Netflix has canceled the series Marvel’s Iron Fist after two seasons, though a statement from the studio implies the show could possibly live on elsewhere in the future.

Iron Fist starred Finn Jones and he also was a member of the cast of Defenders.

“Marvel’s Iron Fist will not return for a third season on Netflix,” Marvel said in a statement (via Deadline). “Everyone at Marvel Television and Netflix is proud of the series and grateful for all of the hard work from our incredible cast, crew and showrunners. We’re thankful to the fans who have watched these two seasons, and for the partnership we’ve shared on this series. While the series on Netflix has ended, the immortal Iron Fist will live on.”

Disney will be launching a streaming service next year and there’s a chance that Iron Fist could pop up there!
