Kate Hudson is stepping out for her first public event since giving birth to her daughter Rani Rose!

The 39-year-old actress joined Michael Kors and moderator Natalie Morales at In Conversation with Michael Kors, Kate Hudson and The World Food Programme at UCLA on Wednesday (November 7) in Los Angeles.

Kate welcomed her daughter with boyfriend Danny Fujikawa in October.

Kate was just recently appointed as a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations World Food Programme, which provides food assistance to more than 90 million people in more than 80 countries.
